Official: Konamis Efootball 2022 appears in September

PES is history, long live efootball. Publisher Konami surprised the gaming world with the announcement to drop the iconic brand PES to create a change with Efootball.

Now the release date for Efootball 2022, the first season of the Fortan free title, was announced.

The football simulation will be playable from 30 September. This has announced the Japanese Publisher today. Efootball 2022 will appear for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X / S and the PC. A version for mobile devices should be submitted later than update to the already existing app.

Konami Reduces Team Selection Dramatic - Follow Updates

Konami clears the free-to-play title clearly. The release date, EFOOTBall 2022 will only come with tight contents. Only nine full-licensed clubs (including the FC Barcelona, FC Bayern Munich, Juventus Turin, Manchester United, the FC Arsenal and Brazilian Teams) are available.

On the one hand, friendly matches with the teams are playable, on- as offline. In addition, there are PVP events that provide specific orders for players and attract with rewards. An important MulitPlayer question also answers Konami: Efootball runs consuming across different platforms.

But that was already. The minimalist startpack is expanded with free updates during the year. The first should be released in autumn 2021, so shortly after the publication.

For this purpose, a so-called Creative Team mode is implemented. This sounds great to Myclub, the PES variant of FIFA Ultimate Team. Players face teams from over 600 licensed players and can compete against each other.
