Tomb Raider: Square Enix shows rejected, alternative game: Horror & Survival in Tomb Raider: Ascension

Square Enix has a video with early and very unfinished game scenes from Tomb Raider (from 14.90 € at Buy): Ascension released. This Tomb Raider project came from the experimental phase in the realization of Tomb Raider reboots (2013) and was stronger on horror and survival - with partly scary, supernatural enemies. This playful direction beat the ultimately published Tomb Raider then but not one. Tomb Raider: Ascension should tell an origin story on survival horror base.
